Union Flats and Townhomes offers a variety of floor plans to suit your needs, including studios, 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments and townhomes. You can view all of our available floor plans on our website.

WHAT IS THE PET POLICY AT UNION FLATS AND TOWNHOMES?

We are a pet-friendly community! We allow a maximum of two pets per home with a $225 non-refundable fee per pet and a $40 monthly pet rent per pet. For more information, please see our property details page.

WHAT AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTS?

Our residents enjoy a wide range of amenities, including a large swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts, a bark park, and a fitness center.

HOW CAN I PAY MY RENT?

For your convenience, you can pay your rent online through our resident portal.

HOW DO I SUBMIT A MAINTENANCE REQUEST?

You can easily submit maintenance requests through our online resident portal.

We are located at 2500 West 6th Street, Lawrence, KS 66049.

Our community is located along bustling 6th Street, bordering the prestigious Lawrence Country Club. We are also just a short walk from beautiful Centennial Park.

We are conveniently located just minutes from the University of Kansas.

WHAT SCHOOL DISTRICT IS UNION FLATS AND TOWNHOMES IN?

We are located in the Lawrence Public Schools district.

There are many great restaurants near our community, including a new Starbucks just across the street.

You can schedule a tour online or by contacting our leasing office.

WHAT ARE THE LEASING OFFICE HOURS?

Our leasing office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Wednesday from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm, and the first Saturday of the month from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays.

Yes, we have newly renovated homes available. Please contact us for more information.
