Union Flats and Townhomes offers a variety of floor plans to suit your needs, including studios, 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments and townhomes. You can view all of our available floor plans on our website.

 


WHAT IS THE PET POLICY AT UNION FLATS AND TOWNHOMES?

We are a pet-friendly community! We allow a maximum of two pets per home with a $225 non-refundable fee per pet and a $40 monthly pet rent per pet. For more information, please see our property details page.

 


WHAT AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTS?

Our residents enjoy a wide range of amenities, including a large swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts, a bark park, and a fitness center.

WHAT ARE THE LEASING OFFICE HOURS?

Our leasing office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Wednesday from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm, and the first Saturday of the month from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays.
